Do you still offer paper vouchers in Pound Sterling and Euros?
At M&S Corporate Gifts, we are no are longer offering our paper vouchers in pound sterling and Euros as we move into a new era of gifting with our convenient and cost-effective M&S e-gift cards and gift cards. We are currently working on a replacement for our Euro vouchers.
What denominations do you offer?
Gift cards can be loaded with any value from £1 to £1000. We offer pre-denominated cards which have the value printed on them in the following denominations: £5, £10, £25, £50, £100, £200.
Do you offer different styles of gift cards and gift card wallets?
We do offer Christmas themed wallets during the festive season, but ordinarily we provide our standard M&S branded black wallets. The standard M&S gift card remains the same throughout the year, M&S branded black.
Where do you deliver gift cards?
We currently deliver gift cards to one single business address per order in the UK and Ireland.
How are gift cards delivered?
Gift cards are delivered in a sealed secure envelope or package by Royal Mail Special Delivery. A signature will be needed upon delivery.
When will my gift card order be delivered?
All orders will be fulfilled 48 hours from payment being cleared.
Is there a charge for gift card delivery?
Postage is free for bulk delivery to one address. We do not currently offer delivery to multiple addresses. We are able to offer you free fulfilment for e-gift cards should you wish to order this product instead. Please call us on 0333 014 8443 to discuss.
Do you put gift cards into envelopes and wallets?
Envelopes and wallets can be provided upon request but cards will not be delivered to you already inserted. This is due to different clients having different requirements.
Are wallets and envelopes free?
Yes, wallets and envelopes are free of charge - please ask for these when placing your order.
Where can I spend my M&S gift cards?
Gift cards can be redeemed in any M&S store in the UK or Republic of Ireland (excluding BP petrol stations). They can also be used to shop online by entering the 16 digit card number and 5 digit PIN found on the rear at the checkout.
What can be bought with gift cards?
Gift cards can be used for most purchases. However, they cannot be used to pay for M&S Bank Services, M&S Bank Products, M&S Energy or outstanding M&S credit card, and M&S More Chargecard balances. They are not accepted for made to measure shirts or personalised cards.
Can I use my gift card as part payment?
Yes. Customers can pay the difference with their credit or debit card online or part pay with cash or card in store.
Where do I find my gift card PIN and 16 digit code?
Both the 16 digit code and 5 digit PIN can be found on the rear of the gift card.
How can I check my balance?
Gift card balances can be viewed on the M&S website under ‘check balance’ in My Account.  You can also check your balance by telephone on 0333 014 8443 in the UK and Channel Islands. Local rates apply but please note mobile rates vary. Your balance can also be checked in store by presenting your barcode for scanning at the till.
Can gift card be refunded?
Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded, except in accordance with legal rights. The balance cannot be converted into cash.
Is there an expiry period on gift cards?
Gift cards are valid for 24 months from activation or the last transaction (transactions include balance enquiries), whichever is later. Any remaining balance will be cancelled on expiry of the validity period.
What will happen if items purchased with a gift card are returned?
If any product purchased with a gift card is returned for an exchange or refund, any money refunded will go back onto the gift card. It can then be reused.
What happens if a gift card is lost, stolen or damaged?
Gift cards are valuable. Marks & Spencer will not accept liability for lost, stolen or damaged gift cards.

eGift Card FAQ's

What are e-gift cards?
E-gift cards work just like physical gift cards but they're sent to the end recipient by email. They can be used for shopping online at www.marksanspencer.com or printed off and used in-store.
What denominations of e-gift card do you offer?
E-gift cards can be loaded with any value from £1 to £1000.
How would they be sent to me?
We can provide e-gift cards in one of two ways:
  1. If you want to send them to the recipient yourself, we can provide you with a spreadsheet of unique URL’s to email to each recipient. When the recipient clicks on their unique URL, they will download their e-gift card.
  2. We can send the e-gift cards to your recipients on your behalf. You let us know the email addresses, values and personal messages and we’ll do the rest.
How quickly will I receive my e-gift cards?
As soon as payment has been received your e-gift cards will be sent to you or your recipients. This process can take up to four hours.
How many e-gift cards can I order?
There is no limit to the number of e-gift cards you can order.

Do you offer discounts on your products?
Yes. Our gift cards and e-gift cards attract the following discounts:
    • £2,500-£50,000    2.5%
    • £50,000+    5%
Our hamper and food/drink gift discounts will be provided in September 2017.
