The M&S Christmas Order Process

Step 1 – Decide What You’d Like to Order

The first step is to decide what you’d like to give. More information on our gift cards can be found here, e-gift cards here and our hamper, food and drink products here. Once you know what you’d like to give, move on to step 2. Or for more information and advice, call our helpful team on 0333 014 8444.

Just as a reminder, our gift card/e-gift card discounts are as follows:

£2,500-£50,000 2.5% discount
£50,000+ 5% discount

 

Please call us on 0333 014 8444 if your order is over £100,000.

Our hamper, food and drink discounts are as follows:

Early Bird Offer

All orders over £1,000 placed and paid for by 22 November 2017 will get a fantastic 10% discount.

Standard Discount on orders from 23 November

– 5% on orders over £1,000
– 7.5% on orders over £5,000
– 10% on orders over £10,000

Step 2 – Place Your Order and Make Payment

It’s time to place your order. We have different order forms depending on the type of product you’d like to order. To download our gift card/e-gift card order form, click here. There is a handy tab containing instructions on which fields need completing for your chosen product. To download our hamper order form, click here.

Once your chosen form is completed, send it to corporate.gifts@marks-and-spencer.com. Along with the order form, please let us know in the email:

1. Your chosen method of payment.

a. If paying by credit/debit card, please provide a telephone number for us to call and take payment.

b. If paying by BACS/CHAPS and you’d like a proforma invoice, please provide a billing address. We can email you a copy of the invoice straight away, but it does need to have a postal billing address. You can find all our bank details here. When you do make payment, please add your order number as a reference, and please email remittance to corporate.control@marks-and-spencer.com.

c. If you have an existing credit account, please let us know and we’ll send you an invoice.

2. Your contact information

a. Full name

c. Telephone number

Your order for gift cards is subject to Marks & Spencer’s terms and conditions which can be found here. By placing an order, you are deemed to have read, understood and agreed these terms and conditions.

Step 3 – Delivery of Your Order

Once payment has cleared and your order has been processed, we’ll send you an email to confirm all the details. Within the email will be all the instructions you’ll need to follow for your order. Below are a few important points to note:

Hampers, food and drink gifts

All hamper, food and drink gifts are delivered free of charge on a date of your choosing. The specific delivery slots are available between 31 October and 22 December 2017 to UK addresses. UK addresses include the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Northern Ireland and Scilly Isles. We are unable to deliver to BFPO Boxes, PO Boxes, the Channel Islands or overseas. For the Scottish Highlands and Islands you cannot select next day delivery. Last orders must be received by 15 December for delivery by 22 December 2017.

Please note that the last delivery date of 22 December applies to most UK mainland addresses only and all orders are subject to availability. Payment must be cleared before we can process the order and assign a delivery date. Our Gluten Free Hamper is not available for delivery until 13 December.

Gift Cards

Your physical gift cards will be posted to you and delivered by the Royal Mail within two working days. To keep your cards as safe and secure as possible we despatch all gift card orders unloaded. When you receive your gift cards, it’s really easy to get them activated and the funds added. Simply follow the instructions below:

When you receive your order send an email, confirming the order number, to MandSforBusiness.CardActivation@marks-and-spencer.com. If we receive your email by 2pm your cards will be ready to use by the end of the day.

Please note, it’s really important that the email is sent from an address registered to your account, or the address that sent the order.

E-Codes

Your E-Codes will be emailed to your chosen address within 2 working days, often much quicker. To download your E-Codes, click on the link in the email, save the file to your chosen location and open in Excel.

E-Gift Cards

We’re currently unable to time our E-Gift Card sends. You should only place your E-Gift Card order when you are ready for your recipients to receive them. Your recipients will then receive their E-Gift Card within 2 working days, often much quicker.

Orders can only be placed during our opening hours. Cleared funds are required for an order to be processed, unless you have an account with available credit.

Orders placed 16th – 20th December Not guaranteed for Christmas but we’ll try our best!
Orders placed 21st – 22nd December Likely to be received between Christmas and New Year
Orders placed 23rd – 31st December Likely to be received after New Year
Orders placed after 1st January Business as usual

 

E-code, e-gift card & top-up deliveries

Orders for these products placed between 20th December and 2nd January will be fulfilled within 2 working days (please be aware of opening hours above). Funds must be cleared or credit available on account for an order to be processed.
