Step 1 – Decide What You’d Like to Order

The first step is to decide what you’d like to give. More information on our gift cards can be found here and e-gift cards here. Once you know what you’d like to give, move on to step 2. Or for more information and advice, call our helpful team on 0333 014 8444.

Step 2 – Place Your Order and Make Payment

It’s time to place your order. We have different order forms depending on the type of product you’d like to order. To download our gift card/e-gift card order form, click here. There is a handy tab containing instructions on which fields need completing for your chosen product.

Once your chosen form is completed, send it to Along with the order form, please let us know in the email:

1. Your chosen method of payment.

a. If paying by credit/debit card, please provide a telephone number for us to call and take payment.

b. If paying by BACS/CHAPS and you’d like a proforma invoice, please provide a billing address. We can email you a copy of the invoice straight away, but it does need to have a postal billing address. You can find all our bank details here. When you do make payment, please add your order number as a reference, and please email remittance to

c. If you have an existing credit account, please let us know and we’ll send you an invoice.

2. Your contact information

a. Full name

Your order for gift cards is subject to Marks & Spencer’s terms and conditions which can be found here. By placing an order, you are deemed to have read, understood and agreed these terms and conditions.

Step 3 – Delivery of Your Order

Once payment has cleared and your order has been processed, we’ll send you an email to confirm all the details. Within the email will be all the instructions you’ll need to follow for your order. Below are a few important points to note:

Gift Cards

Your physical gift cards will be posted to you and delivered by the Royal Mail within two working days. To keep your cards as safe and secure as possible we despatch all gift card orders unloaded. When you receive your gift cards, it’s really easy to get them activated and the funds added. Simply follow the instructions below:

When you receive your order send an email, confirming the order number, to If we receive your email by 2pm your cards will be ready to use by the end of the day.

Please note, it’s really important that the email is sent from an address registered to your account, or the address that sent the order.


Your E-Codes will be emailed to your chosen address within 2 working days, often much quicker. To download your E-Codes, click on the link in the email, save the file to your chosen location and open in Excel.

E-Gift Cards

We’re currently unable to time our E-Gift Card sends. You should only place your E-Gift Card order when you are ready for your recipients to receive them. Your recipients will then receive their E-Gift Card within 2 working days, often much quicker.
